Dog-shaming

Last weekend my brother and soon-to-be sister-in-law were in town because my brother and I ran a half marathon together. We both ran pretty good times and had fun. We also had lots of tasty food and drinks and wanderings around town. The weekend went off swimmingly… with one exception.

Half-masticated flip flop.

Somebody felt that the level of attention he was receiving was not quite adequate. So a trip to DSW had to be added to the agenda. And lots of shame-filled puppy kisses and sad faces were doled out as well.

Throwback: too freaking adorable to stay mad.

And bonus – it was a switch-weekend for B which meant he had some time to hang out! He’s now in the outpatient clinic leg of his IM rotation, which equals a tiny bit more free-time. Wins all around! Except for J’s poor flip flops.
